Shared Responsibility

Understanding the Shared Responsibility Model Once the Cognitive Authority Boundary Standard Is Met.

Structural, Not Behavioral

Microsoft is responsible for keeping the services up. The QuSmart GENESIS Governance Agent is responsible for the customer-defined Cognitive Authority Boundary Standard that governs every agent interaction with their Azure enterprise data and tools. Those responsibilities do not overlap. A failure at the Microsoft infrastructure layer does not create a failure at the QuSmart GENESIS Governance Agent layer.

System Assigned Identity

The QuSmart GENESIS Governance Agent deploys as a System Assigned ID — a physical constant of the resource instance, not a credential that can be managed, rotated, or stolen. Agent 365, the E7 Frontier Suite, and Foundry operate through Service Principal identities. That is a credential surface. The QuSmart GENESIS Governance Agent is not. Presence in Azure does not give presence in the governed topology because the governance anchor cannot be reached through the same surface it governs.

Stateless and Physics-Based

The QuSmart GENESIS Governance Agent is stateless and physics-based with the functionality of a quantum compute environment. The QuSmart GENESIS Governance Agent has no ability to respond to traditional attacks or alter in any way the customer-defined governance. Presence does not give authority.

Breach Isolation

A breach of Microsoft infrastructure does not propagate into the governed environment. The attacker is inside Azure. The QuSmart GENESIS Governance Agent deploys Deterministic Information Physics with Causal Geometry — there is no path for a rogue agent to execute.

If Agent 365 governs any trigger or enterprise asset connection, that interaction exists outside the Cognitive Authority Boundary Standard. It is a direct path. It is reachable. The shared responsibility boundary collapses for every interaction that Agent 365 governs instead of the QuSmart GENESIS Governance Agent.

The QuSmart GENESIS Governance Agent only transports messages in Shannon Perfect Secrecy Cryptography. The shared responsibility boundary collapses if you use Agent 365 — which uses AES-256 encryption — which Microsoft's own AI teams confirm is subject to Whisper Leak.
